My fee for a 50 minute appointment is $120 for individuals, $150 for couples. In terms of insurance, I am an Out-of-Network provider. When therapists accept insurance, they also accept a degree of influence from the insurance company which can affect the privacy of your medical records. Insurance companies may request treatment updates and summaries, favor covering certain diagnoses over others, and could seek to limit the number of sessions covered. That said, I understand the desire to use insurance to offset the financial cost of therapy and will do what I can to help you navigate reimbursement should you wish to do so.

If you have insurance, it is likely that you have Out-of-Network benefits and could be reimbursed for a portion of the fee.
Below are some questions you can ask your insurance provider to find out more:
* Do I have “Out-of-Network Benefits” for outpatient mental               health services?
* What is the deductible I have to reach before I can be reimbursed?
* What percentage of the fee will be covered?
* How do I submit receipts for reimbursement?
Though you are responsible for the fee at the time of service, I will provide what information I can to help you get reimbursed.
